How can we help?
Help with your account, your mountain crew, and your privacy.

Contact support
Email hi@snowbuddies.io with your username and a description of the issue. Please do not send passwords, sign-in codes, or financial information.
Signing in
Choose Sign in with Apple and use the same Apple account you used to create your Snow Buddies profile. An Apple private relay address is normal if you chose Hide My Email. Snow Buddies support will never ask for your Apple password or verification code.
Report or block a member
Open the relevant profile, ride, or message menu and choose Report. Use Block to stop further interaction. Manage blocked riders under Profile → Settings → Blocked riders. Reports are reviewed by moderators. For immediate danger, contact ski patrol or local emergency services directly.
Manage map visibility and notifications
Open Profile → Settings to change “Show me on the map” or notification categories. Turning off map visibility clears your stored map position. Location and push permissions can also be changed in iPhone Settings.
Delete your account
In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete account and confirm. Deletion removes your account and associated app content. Your profile is hidden while processing completes. If deletion cannot finish, retry from the app or email hi@snowbuddies.io for help. This does not remove copies other people have saved outside the app.
Waitlist privacy
We use your waitlist email for launch updates, together with your signup time and signup source. Read the waitlist privacy details. To leave the list, reply to a launch update or email hi@snowbuddies.io. App-account deletion and waitlist removal are separate.
